What each request means

| Get a copy | Email us from your Google account address. We export what is stored in your Firebase account and send it to you. | Nothing is stored on our servers except your leaderboard score. Your data is in your browser, and you can view it in the tool. We can confirm what score entry exists. |
| Correct my data | Tell us what to fix. Name, email and photo come from your Google account, so update those in Google first. | Edit it yourself in the tool, or clear the site data and enter it again. |

How it works
Four steps
From request to confirmation
- Send your requestUse the form above or email [email protected]. Say which site, which login method, and what you want.
- We may verify itFor Google login we may ask you to reply from the same email address. We will never ask for your Google password, one-time codes or government ID.
- We act on itWe aim to confirm within 24 hours and to finish within 30 days.
- We confirm by emailYou get a short message once it is done.
Limits and your rights

What we cannot do
- Recover local-login data. It lives only on your device, so once you clear it, there is no copy.
- Control other companies. Firebase, Google Sheets and the AI providers keep data under their own policies and retention rules.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct and erase your personal data. We will handle reasonable requests whether or not the law requires it.
