behind ThunderStudy.

By accessing or using any page, tool, or resource on ThunderStudy — including but not limited to the platforms listed below — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, students, and users regardless of how they access the platform (web browser, mobile, direct URL, embedded links, etc.).

ThunderStudy is a free, open-access education platform created and maintained by Wondermayank under the banner "Free Education For All." It provides study materials, mock tests, notes, PYQs, and exam preparation resources for:

• CBSE Class 12 — Commerce, Science, and Humanities streams
• CUET (Common University Entrance Test) — all domain subjects and GAT
• Banking exams — IBPS PO, SBI PO, Clerk, and others
• SSC exams — CGL, CHSL, MTS, and others
• JEE & NEET preparation support materials
• General Aptitude Tests (GAT) and board-level subjects

ThunderStudy is a non-commercial, educational initiative. No fees are charged, and no user accounts are required.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all of the following ThunderStudy platforms and their subpages:

All resources on ThunderStudy are and will remain 100% free. We do not:

• Charge any fees, subscriptions, or hidden costs
• Require user registration or account creation
• Sell or monetize user data in any way
• Gate content behind paywalls or referral locks

Where Telegram bots or community links are provided, joining those is entirely optional and at your discretion.

ThunderStudy provides educational content including notes, summaries, mock tests, PYQs, and study guides. While we strive for accuracy and quality, please note:

• Content is created for educational guidance and is not a substitute for official CBSE/NTA/UPSC/IBPS textbooks or exam notifications.
• Exam patterns, syllabi, and mark schemes may change — always verify with the official exam authority (CBSE, NTA, IBPS, SSC, etc.).
• Mock test scores are for practice purposes only and do not reflect actual exam results.
• PYQs and sample papers are curated for practice; their solutions may contain errors that we work to correct over time.
• Study notes represent simplified summaries and may not cover every nuance of the official curriculum.

The design, layout, code, original written content, graphics, and branding of ThunderStudy are the intellectual property of Wondermayank unless otherwise noted.

• You may use ThunderStudy's content for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
• Reproducing, republishing, selling, or redistributing ThunderStudy content on other platforms (websites, YouTube, print, etc.) without prior written permission is prohibited.
• Sharing individual page links is encouraged and permitted — linking to our resources is always allowed.
• Screen-recording CBT mock tests and distributing the video content is not permitted.
• Third-party content embedded on ThunderStudy (NCERT excerpts, TMDB data, YouTube videos) is subject to its own respective copyright and terms.

ThunderStudy is an open platform — no login required. In using our resources, you agree to:

• Not attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate bulk downloads of content
• Not inject malicious scripts, attempt XSS, or interfere with platform functionality
• Not use ThunderStudy content for commercial gain without permission
• Not misrepresent ThunderStudy's content as your own original work
• Not use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Since no user accounts exist, there are no login credentials to protect — but you are responsible for your own use of the site.

ThunderStudy integrates with and links to third-party services for enhanced functionality. These include:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic measurement (no personal identification)
• Google Fonts — web typography delivery
• Google Sheets / Apps Script — used in ThunderStudy exam result recording pipelines
• YouTube — embedded educational video content
• Telegram — community, bot contact, and support
• TMDB API — movie data for finder tools on Wondermayank
• Jikan API — anime data for finder tools on Wondermayank
• GitHub Pages — hosting infrastructure for all .github.io domains
• Blogger (blogspot.com) — hosting for blog-based platforms

ThunderStudy is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. By using embedded features, you may be subject to those services' own terms and policies.

External links on ThunderStudy (e.g., official CBSE, NTA, IBPS websites) are provided for convenience — we do not endorse or control those sites.

ThunderStudy offers interactive tools including Computer Based Test (CBT) simulators, CUET mock tests, and study dashboards. The following conditions apply:

• All mock test scores are for practice only and hold no official value.
• CBT simulators attempt to replicate real exam interfaces but are not affiliated with CBPS, NTA, IBPS, SSC, or any official exam body.
• Results stored locally (in your browser) are only accessible to you — they are never sent to any server (see Section 10).
• Where results are optionally submitted via Google Sheets (ThunderStudy leaderboard features), this is done with your knowledge and involves only your score — no personal data beyond a self-chosen name/identifier.
• Timers and scoring in mock tests are approximations — technical bugs may occur. Report issues via Telegram.
• ThunderStudy is not liable for any technical failure during a practice session (internet disconnection, browser crash, device issues).

ThunderStudy is designed to be 100% safe and local-first. Here is exactly how your data is handled:

• Browser localStorage — Progress, scores, and preferences (like dark/light mode) are saved only in your own browser. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
• No accounts, no passwords — There is no registration system. We cannot access any personal information because we never collect it.
• No tracking cookies — ThunderStudy itself sets no identifying cookies. Google Analytics uses anonymous measurement cookies (_ga, _gid) that do not identify you personally.
• No data sold — We do not sell, share, or monetize any user data.
• GitHub Pages logging — The hosting provider (GitHub) may log technical metadata (IP address, browser type) for security purposes. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.

ThunderStudy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
• Results from using study materials (exam scores, selections, results)
• Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or internet connections

ThunderStudy and Wondermayank shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform
• Reliance on any content for exam strategy or decisions
• Technical failures, data loss from browser clearing, or service interruptions
• Actions taken based on mock test scores or study material content

ThunderStudy is an educational platform designed for students, including those under 18 (Class 12, board-level, and competitive exam aspirants). We are committed to child safety:

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from any user, including minors.
• No account creation is required, so children are never asked to provide personal information.
• Content is entirely educational and appropriate for all students.
• ThunderStudy does not display advertisements targeted at minors.

If a parent or guardian believes their child has inadvertently shared personal information through any ThunderStudy platform (e.g., a Google Sheets leaderboard submission), please contact us immediately at @Mindmaster_robot on Telegram so we can remove it.

ThunderStudy may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect new features, platforms, legal requirements, or operational changes. Updates will be indicated by the revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

• Continued use of any ThunderStudy platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Major changes will be announced on the official Telegram channel @Thunderstudy_official.
• We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or difference arising out of or relating to your use of ThunderStudy or any Wondermayank platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
